Be mindful of what you consume limit exposure to negative influences and curate a feed filled with positivity. Surround yourself with uplifting content that inspires and motivates you.Find Your Act of Kindness: kindness is one of the emotion that really makes us feel happy, delighted, and makes us feel good about ourselves. Try to write down some of the decisions of your life that where you have been kind, and this are some of the decisions that will always give you a memory of happinessHelping others not only improves their day but also increases your own happiness.
